During this consultation trainer will run through a fitness assessment to help identify the clients strengths, weakness, and fitness level. Trainer will also provide the client with a health questionnaire. Trainer will combine the information given by client and along with the assessment create a customized fitness plan tailored to the specific needs and goals of the client.

During this consultation trainer will gather information to get a better understanding of the clients fitness level, medical history, any specific need or limitations, and ADL. Trainer will discuss some short/long term goals that are both achievable and realistic. Based on the information given by client, trainer will create a customized workout plan to fit the clients needs and goals.
